Visit centeriir.org →The Pakistan Journal of Law and Policy (PJLP) requires authors to disclose all sources of financial support received in connection with the research reported in their manuscripts. This includes funding from governmental bodies, universities, research institutions, private organizations, commercial entities, charitable foundations, international organizations, and other funding agencies.
Authors must provide the name of each funding organization and, where applicable, the relevant grant, award, or project number. Funding information must be provided at the time of manuscript submission and included in the final published article under the heading “Funding.”
Authors must disclose any financial support that contributed to the research, data collection, analysis, preparation, or publication of the manuscript. Where research has received support from multiple funding organizations, each source must be identified separately. Authors should also disclose any relevant funding conditions that may have influenced the design, conduct, interpretation, or reporting of the research.
If the research received no specific financial support, authors should include the following statement in their manuscript:
“This research received no specific grant from any funding agency in the public, commercial, or not-for-profit sectors.”
The Pakistan Journal of Law and Policy will publish funding disclosures as part of the article to promote transparency, accountability, and informed assessment of potential sources of influence on scholarly work.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their funding declarations are accurate and complete. Failure to disclose relevant funding information may result in a request for clarification, correction of the published article, or other appropriate editorial action in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics and research integrity policies.
This policy applies to all submissions to the Pakistan Journal of Law and Policy, including articles addressing law, legal theory, public policy, governance, human rights, and related disciplines.
